A break with continuity for Les 3 lunes. The restaurant, which changes owners, retains its quality and refinement. The chef proposes a fusion cuisine in which local products are combined with exotic or sweet notes. Mango, Espelette pepper and sudachi create a surprise with scallops and langoustines, in a menu that never ceases to reinvent itself. The two tastefully redecorated dining rooms combine old-world charm with modern elegance. In fine weather, the walled garden nestled in the heart of the Cordeliers convent provides a delightful backdrop.

Excellent restaurant très bien placé dans le centre historique de Dinan. Les plats sont savoureux et le service impeccable pour un prix relativement modéré. Ambiance chaleureuse, assez originale et personnel aimable. Petit bémol, les salles sont un peu petites et mieux vaut réserver en période d'affluence.

Nous avons eu un excellent repas la semaine dernière, la nourriture était délicieuse et pas trop chère, le personnel était amical, poli et extrêmement attentif, nous avons eu la chance de partager le restaurant avec d'autres clients heureux qui se sont engagés les uns avec les autres et ont rendu la soirée encore plus agréable. Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit à Dinan, sinon nous y serions retournés
