La Fleur de Sel is a semi-gastronomic restaurant that offers refined cuisine made with a maximum of fresh and local products. The small room overlooking the pedestrian street is warm, as is the second, more intimate room overlooking the courtyard. The pretty coloured armchairs are very comfortable... perfect for appreciating the chef's talent: a mastered local cuisine, perfectly modernised. Meat, fish, vegetables: the cooking is perfect, the combinations inventive, the dressings tempting. Gastronomes, do not hesitate!

Open Wednesday to Saturday, 12pm to 2pm and 7pm to 9pm; Sunday, 12pm to 2pm. Open Sunday evenings in high season. Menus from €38 to €48. A la carte menu: approx. €50. Children's menu: €14 (for 2 courses, €20 for 3 courses. Same menu as adults, but smaller portion). Groups welcome.

La nourriture était fantastique ! C'est un restaurant qui vous donnera l'impression de manger dans un restaurant chic du Michelin sans vous ruiner. Je recommande vivement leur interprétation moderne des œufs à la diable. J'ai également mangé le poisson du jour, qui était frais et accompagné de polenta. Dans l'ensemble, la nourriture était fantastique, mais soyez prêt à y passer du temps (+/- 2 heures).
