He works with fresh seasonal products, mainly local, organic or from sustainable agriculture. The menu is short and guarantees quality. Let yourself be tempted by the fillet of sea bass, butternut-lemon mousseline, butter of mussels marinière, capers and fried onions or the casserole of pig's cheeks with kari gosse and cauliflower bulgur!
