Ideally located in the old town of Dinan, we like the careful decoration and the presentation of the dishes. Wilfried Tertrain, manager and chef, proposes a bistronomic and sparkling cuisine. He works with fresh seasonal products, mainly local, organic or from sustainable agriculture. The menu is short and guarantees quality. Let yourself be tempted by the fillet of sea bass, butternut-lemon mousseline, butter of mussels marinière, capers and fried onions or the casserole of pig's cheeks with kari gosse and cauliflower bulgur!
