When you walk into this pretty crêperie-saladerie located on the village square of the pretty "cité de caractère" of Jugon-les-Lacs, you're sure not to be disappointed. The pastry is made with milk, organic flour and mostly local products, such as honey from Bee Flora in Saint-Alban, ribot milk from Saint-Rieul or Moisan eggs from Plestan. The galette terre et mer, with andouille from Guémené, fresh scallops and leek fondue, is a best-seller. Best served with organic farmhouse cider, of course!
