The pastry is made with milk, organic flour and mostly local products, such as honey from Bee Flora in Saint-Alban, ribot milk from Saint-Rieul or Moisan eggs from Plestan. The galette terre et mer with Guémené andouille sausage, fresh scallops and leek fondue is a best-seller. Accompanied by organic farmhouse cider, of course!
