But you can also enjoy a Valrhona hot chocolate in winter, which will perfectly match your pear cream or caramelized Tatin pie, when it's time for a treat. As for salty snacks, bruschettas or pies should satisfy you. A good Belgian beer if it is a question of quenching a thirst for bliss while contemplating the bay.
