You are in one of the oldest pancake houses of Binic, located in the pedestrian street, with a typically Breton decor and some beautiful ancient furniture. Authenticity and tradition are reflected in the dishes for all pancakes are made with buckwheat flour 100 % planted, grown and ground in Brittany. Alain and Christine offer among others, the complete galette bacon and mushrooms in cream or scallops on a bed of leek and its sauce with noilly. In summer, you can enjoy the large sunny terrace by savouring caramel pancake and salted butter caramel. In winter, you can eat your pancakes in front of the fireplace accompanied by a traditional and farm cider from Côtes-d'Armor. Excellent value for money with warm welcome by a cheerful owner; even a little teaser!
