Service très mauvais, patron très désagréable, mauvaise gestion
Service très mauvais. 1h30 d’attente pour avoir des planches aperitives APRES l’aperitif et tres mediocres (peu de garniture et très ordinaire). Puis repas banal. Les enfants n’en pouvaient plus d’attendre. Le gerant nous a ensuite déclaré : le client est roi mais je suis le Seigneur (donc, au-dessus du client). Très belle et haute opinion du commerce.
Petit plus : nous demandons juste deux-trois morceaux de pain pour faire patienter les enfants (4,6 et 8 ans, ils n’en peuvent plus), on nous repond qu’il n’y en a plus. 20 min après, nous entendons près des cuisines : « tu peux servir le pain a la table xx ? ». Sans commentaire.
Bref, nous voulions un bon moment en famille et il a été gàché. Notamment par la nervosité finale du gérant. Trés mauvaise gestion.
