The young starred chef Samuel Selosse and his partner Tina Kalybekova, who have worked in some of the best restaurants in the world, are at the head of this beautiful gastronomic restaurant with a sea view. While contemplating the superb panorama on the beach of La Banche, through the large bays of the contemporary and warm room, you will taste a modernized and ambitious French cuisine, of high level, which gives pride of place to the variation, the seasonality and the freshness of the products. Many of them are selected locally. The brasserie part, downstairs, is more affordable.
