At the very end of the quays, near the Avant-port beach, this bistro cultivates a seaside guinguette spirit, with its large pergola, garlands and all-white decor, giving it the air of a beach hut. The atmosphere is relaxed, but the food is sophisticated. Bistronomic cuisine blends Breton terroir with inspirations from elsewhere. Like this skate wing with a cider and yuzu fumet emulsion.
