It will be a nice idea to take a boat from the tip of Arcouest to come at mid-day to savour fish and seafood on the terrace of this lovely restaurant. Here, the marine species are fresh from the sea and your appetite will go crazy for the homemade foie gras with Espelette pepper and onion jam. The cuisine is classic, but also innovated and some dishes like bass fillet with clams and chorizo will charm you. Even if you are not a fan of seafood, rack of lamb with thyme flower will give you a treat. The seafood platters are sumptuous and if you are a fan, then eat some lobster for a menu is dedicated to it. You are advised to spend the night after dinner in one of the rooms of the hotel.
