REGIONAL MUSEUM OF CRAFTS
A museum in an ancient tannery dating back to 1880 is at the rather picturesque base. On the edge of the Bound, the place is to revive and discover the crafts of the th and early th centuries. From the axe of the sabotier to the anvil of the blacksmith… Discover the workshops of ardoisier, bourrelier, sabotier, marshal-Farrier and the printer, a whole bunch of past crafts telling a great slice of the history and customs of Brittany. A jargon of twelve craftsmen that the museum tries to explain. In total, thousands of tools are present to trace craftsmanship, as well as surprising or funny anecdotes, always instructive! The workshops proposed by the museum should not be overlooked: You will probably find an activity of interest among the dozen that are proposed to you, especially as there are also regular exhibitions. Finally, a shop offers you a nice choice of souvenirs: books, postcards and various objects.
