Le Rieul is a (very) discreet beach and the only one in Lancieux facing east. It is located in the estuary of the Frémur, a coastal river of about twenty kilometers. Here, wintering is the rule for pleasure boats and tenders. A shipyard ensures the maintenance, the guard and the launching. Some fishermen bring up their traps and it is a question of asking them to take a look at them. The beach is not necessarily suitable for swimming, but for a family picnic with a nice view (and in peace), it is perfect!
