For lovers of the galette, this walk has been able to develop know-how and quality of products, which has earned the establishment to be certified'Walk greedy'in 2008, at the instigation of Aurélie and Jean-Christophe, now party for new adventures in Saint-Brieuc in 2015. The recipe does not change, however: Flour 100% black wheat for patties, and organic flour Breton with organic milk farmer for pancakes, all tested on demand. Here you'll find a beautiful assortment of pancakes and pancakes in classic recipes, including specialities. Still note the (artisanal) ice in Breton pail.
