LANLOUP CHURCH
This church is located on a primitive 13th-century building remodelled and restored on several occasions in keeping with its yesteryear style. They are the lords of the Noë Verte and Kerjollis who founded it, as evidenced by the 2 private chapels of each of them, carrying their weapons. Lanloup seigneur, as owner of the land, was entitled to the armoury in the walls but did not have a chapel. You will particularly notice the porch with stone lace made of a double string course of foliage that houses the statues of the twelve apostles, carved in granite. It dates back to 1550. Today, the church is dedicated for choir and classical music's concert, like in August 2016 within the framework of the Festival Chapelles et Manoir in music, where one could attend one evening devoted to Beethoven. As a small jewel of the village, the church would undergo renovation works in 2017 thanks to a fundraising.
