Restaurant-bar with oysters offering oyster terrines in Lanmodez.
After a hike in the Sillon du Talbert nature reserve, a geological curiosity waiting to be discovered, stop off at this oyster bar to sample the family's production, which has won a gold medal at recent agricultural fairs. The oyster farmer refines his oysters in the deep waters off the Ile de Saint-Riom. You can enjoy them fresh out of the water with a Chardonnay or warm with parsley butter. Take a look at the tables: they're made from crushed oyster shells, recycled and reclaimed. A great initiative!
