When you come to visit Lannion historic centre, or on any other occasion, you won't fail to spend some time at Tire-Bouchon, a restaurant located in a cobbled side street in the city centre, that immediately enchants those who go there. Behind a black contemporary front window, we can imagine a more rustic, but warm and friendly interior. The clear parquet flooring lightens the room. After a pleasant welcome, the menu reveals a cuisine, admittedly local, but delicate, precise and in tribute to land and sea fresh produce. Here, the motto sets the scene: "no chips, no ketchup!" During our winter visit, squids in in Armorican's way, pork tenderloin with mustard seed, scallops dish, chocolate and tonka beans fondant, chestnut mousse and chocolate sauce, speculoos revisited lemon tart were suggested among others on the board. Dishes are good, the service is dynamic and friendly, suggesting the wine by the glass is very relevant: we are not suprised to see that the restaurant is full. Delighted by such a quality at such a soft price, we promise to come back in summer!

Pour cette gamme de prix, on s'attend à de la cuisine plus élaborée et plus originale. Ce n'est pas mal, mais on peut trouver nettement mieux dans cette gamme de restaurant. Donc on ne s'y retrouve pas en terme de qualité / prix. Et la carte des vins est décevante.

Très bon restaurant avec une très bonne impression dès le départ grâce à l’accueil. J'ai pris un plat sur l'ardoise : le camembert rôti et cela était vraiment excellent. Il y a de la place et l'ambiance est vraiment sympa. Je vous le conseille, en plus il est ouvert le mardi soir.

Unfortunately, the young person's couple on the day of our trip to Lannion was unpleasant, very unpleasant. A very bad welcome (we've gone back to the end of a few minutes), very long waiting minutes. if there are too many clients, server, if the restaurant has too much success, maybe should you hire?? Instead of forgetting the wait by a smile, we are criticized for raising the hand. Once the order has been placed, the wait is resumed. hour for the menu of the day!! Sont, beer ordered at the start of meals. forgotten deserts and cafes more desire to wait again. By going directly to the box, to speed up the process, the note, made before you, indicates beer and desserts desserts. " Wait, I will bring you the desserts, "says the server instead of apologising for its mistakes. " Sorry Sir, but I have an appointment. More time. " Reaction: ' You are not the only one here!' As for food, it is not Peru, but frankly, for 12 the MIDI formula is of good quality. Shame.
