Starred restaurant full of sweetness located in the heart of Lannion which offers a meticulous service.
In the heart of Lannion, this starred restaurant is not lacking in finesse. Its chef Marc Briand takes you on a gastronomic journey in Brittany: you will be enchanted by the iodized flavors, the smoothness of a cauliflower, the finesse of a noble fish awakened by a bright passion fruit or the originality of the vanilla pigeon, a signature dish that often appears on the menu. The desserts are like works of art. The wine list by the glass is short but offers wines of a beautiful accuracy. The place is full of gentleness, the service meticulous.

Chapeau bas au chef Marc Briand et sa brigade
Le menu du midi est exceptionnel à un prix très correct.
Chaudement recommandé.
Arrival at 20:3 O Friday, January 20. The front of this restaurant is nondescript. We are welcomed by Mme BRIAND, her husband is in the kitchen.
The room is pleasant, intimate atmosphere, not promiscuity, a range of grey plain covering the walls and floor, developed by the red spots of the seats and a large pictorial canvas. Simple atmosphere, balanced.
At the table, the paintings in the mouth, the dishes (menu “iodizes and countryside), sweets are palette of fine and harmonious flavours, a waterfall of creations worthy of a starred restaurant; M. BRIAND is an artist. Its discreet and attentive wife is served for guests with natural conviviality, always available to answer our curiosity (without betraying the secrets of subtle weddings).
We are the last to leave this exceptional restaurant; it is 22:30.
We will return, it is certain.
