The team that runs it has worked in some of the most successful French and international restaurants and are here to delight your taste buds. Sandrine and her chef Dominique offers a delicious cuisine with ultra-fresh produce of the region. Even though it is inventive, it does not break the rules of traditional gastronomy. Well, a glance of the menu is enough for you to choose your dish. As starter, a delicious warm and sautéed foie gras escalope, balsamic sauce and crystallised apple with calvados. For your main course, risotto with scallops and green asparagus, carnaroli rice, Parmesan and shellfish sauce will charm you. After having tasted one of the delicious desserts of the same standard with the rest of the meal, you will go home while thinking of your next visit. The menu changes constantly.
