In San Angelo it is the quality that pays, first because you deal with a real cook, Nicolas, and to Angélique, a professional, who welcomes you in the room or on the terrace. Then the card announces colour, pizza to homemade dough, real mozzarella and ultra-fresh products. If you are not a fan of Italian cuisine, you order the calf steak to Normandy, flambée flambée or Saint nuts at the Ricard or pasta. But it would be a shame not to taste these delicious specialities. Of course, big classics like the Regina or Calzone, or the most original, like the Norwegian smoked Salmon, will satisfy you.
