The chef Laurent Nicolas, Maître Restaurateur, offers a fine and creative cuisine, made from local and seasonal products: pan-fried scallops with Noilly, salmon escalope with sorrel, pork cheek confit with honey and black curry or roast lamb pavé with spices. La Bisquine is also famous for its "chaud'patates" garnished with scallops, salmon or andouille de Guémené. Beware, this is the meeting place for the town's gourmets: better to book!
