Forty years ago, Daniel Kermeur, founder of the Ker Cadelac house opened in Loudéac his first workshop that then manufactures four-quarters, one of the basic cakes of the Breton pastry Pastry. The house thrives little by little and at a time sponsors even the race trimarans that participate in the route du Du. The production then diversified, while remaining focused on regional specialities. Biscuits, fine or thick cakes, four-quarters, rollers, galets-amann and madeleines are waiting for you at the Boutique production site.
