Original restaurant offering medieval recipes revisited in Moncontour.

This original restaurant will take you back to the Middle Ages! It proposes medieval recipes revisited (fresh herbs and vegetables soup, white poultry brouet or andouillette with Breton string), but also burgers and sandwiches. All with a lot of local products. The house also serves aperitifs with ancient names and flavors, including the famous hypocras. To prolong the experience, you can even put on period tunics, sewn by a renowned costume designer. In fine weather, the covered terrace allows you to have lunch in the open air.

J'y mange depuis des années. Jamais déçue, les produits sont frais et bien travaillés, le service impeccable. On retrouve souvent des produits de luxe comme du foie gras ou des ris de veau à un prix défiant toute concurrence.
La déco est top, les tables sont peintes sur le thème du moyen âge. J'adore la nouvelle déco du bar et la terrasse ombragée fait toute la différence.
