LE MANOIR DES PORTES
Knowing some places of Argoat (inner Brittany) we sometimes wonder why the crowds have such a tropism for Armor (the coast). There are places like Manoir des Portes, where for nothing in the world we would not exchange a meal for another by a crowded seaside. Here, time stops for the guests, and the lively and traditional cuisine served to them does not lie. Indeed, it is based on fresh local produce, the country's wealth. Taste then as a starter, to see, the duo of red mullet, terrine with ham and fine pie and for the dish, what do you think of the undercut of beef grilled with chanterelles? Only good, obviously, and even very good things. And to finish on the same cloud, the crispy brie, spiced caramel will eventually convince you that the gastronomic delights of inner Brittany really deserve attention. Repeat the experience as much as you like: the menus change with the market. Note that the house makes its own roasted coffee and its smoked ham. It is rare and we love it.
