Behind the stoves, chef Christian Huet concocts a different slate each month, offering three options each time. For starters, you'll find a buckwheat and fresh goat's cheese tart or a butternut, turmeric and hazelnut velouté. For the main course, you can choose between cochon confit au cidre or retour de criée aux légumes et fumet estragon. The limited number of covers creates a convivial atmosphere. A good address.
