The Lamballe Terre et Mer tourist office has five information offices, in Lamballe, but also in Erquy, Pléneuf-Val-André, Moncontour and Jugon-les-Lacs. They provide a wealth of documentation and, depending on the case, guided tours, a shop area, a ticketing service, the sale of fishing cards or bus tickets. The one in Lamballe, located at the entrance to the stud farm, organises guided tours of the town in summer. Some take place at night. Several interpretation circuits exist, open to the public.
