Away from the hustle and bustle of the port, Théo Jasmin is one of Paimpol's finest addresses. At the helm of this bistro is former Michelin-starred chef Yoann Péron, who follows in the footsteps of Paul Bocuse. The menu is creative and the cooking perfectly mastered (we recommend the duck breast cooked at low temperature). In the evening, the dishes are more gastro, with a fine selection of wines and meticulous plate setting. Excellent value for money. Regulars are not mistaken, and passing customers pass the word.
