On the menu during our visit, a skate wing with vitelotte potatoes and wild garlic-scented baby vegetables. A fine work on textures, a meticulous presentation: it's lace for our palate!

Dressage d'une grande finesse, la qualité de la cuisine est celle d'un étoilé. Les plats sont divins. Dommage que l'ambiance soit un peu trop vieillotte, un peu plus de pep's serait le bienvenue. Mais je tire mon coup de chapeau au chef, c'était grandiose !
