One comes to taste good products smoked with beech wood: salmon, trout, mackerel, pork loin, duck breast... Most of these products come from Brittany, and can be taken in or taken away: the restaurant also sells delicatessen products, such as home-made jams and caramel, spices, drinks... Even the daily specials are available in jars. Three proposals are on the menu every day, with for example tripe with cider, haddock brandade, wild boar stew or Thai chicken with vegetables.

En résumé de bons produits mais une cuisine qui mérite plus de goût le tout pour 25 euros le menu.
Il n'y a pas de mayonnaise dans la sauce servi avec le thon,
la daurade est servi avec coriandre, piment d'espelette et huile de thym
pour le dessert : Il n'y a pas de caramel sur la pâte ni dans l'assiette et c'est une crème vanillée au siphon (pas une crème fouettée)
