One comes to taste good products smoked with beech wood: salmon, trout, mackerel, pork loin, duck breast... Une découverte gourmande tellement réjouissante !!! Nous y sommes venus une première fois et revenus le lendemain. Après la côte de cochon fermier élevé sur la paille et le Breiz burger de homard qui étaient, chacun dans leur registre, excellents nous avons testé le menu saint Jacques avec notamment les saint jacques aux coco de paimpol… bel équilibre des goûts et textures, une parfaite exécution en cuisine. J ajouterai à cela un choix de vins absolument intéressant réalisé par madame qui va chercher des crus, des saveurs, chez des vignerons aimant travailler la terre pour rendre dans nos verres ce qu il y a de plus noble et de meilleur !
L accueil est parfait !! alors qu ajouter ? Je recommande l établissement. !

Très bel établissement, une cuisine excellente, un bel acceuil, fuyez les restaurateurs du port, pieges à touristes, ici petite rue calme, un véritable moment de plaisir au Balthazar !
