One comes to taste good products smoked with beech wood: salmon, trout, mackerel, pork loin, duck breast... Most of these products come from Brittany, and can be taken in or taken away: the restaurant also sells delicatessen products, such as home-made jams and caramel, spices, drinks... Even the daily specials are available in jars. Three proposals are on the menu every day, with for example tripe with cider, haddock brandade, wild boar stew or Thai chicken with vegetables.

Fred et Sandrine concoctent vraiment une cuisine de qualité avec des produits frais. Le Balthazar est une très bonne adresse.
