An opening between two worlds, Ostium brings together the best of Brittany and Périgord in terms of produce, while drawing inspiration from different parts of the world. Chef Nicolas Conan, a native of the region, has created a creative menu and a cuisine for sharing. The open kitchen is already an ode to discovery, and the large tables are an invitation to conviviality. All starters can be shared. Signature dishes such as duck breast with old plum sauce, served with a variety of garnishes, are an absolute delight.
