LA MAISON DU CABAN ET L'ATELIER
Founded in 1922, Dalmard Marine supplied clothing to the Terre-Neuvas, the cod fishermen who sailed from European coasts to Newfoundland. To its credit, it created the genuine kabic (registered trademark). The current collection is varied, featuring the kabic, of course, but also a variety of cabans, vareuses, loden, kilts, duffle coats... with knits of Breton, English, Scottish and even Norwegian origin. The slightly old-fashioned store on the harborfront offers factory prices on a wide range of beautifully crafted items. You'll also find a wide range of travel items.
