Around the port of Paimpol, filled with old ships, it combines concerts of world music and Breton music.

A tribute to the maritime world and travel, the Paimpol festival has established itself as one of the most important in Brittany. Every two years, it brings a varied program to the heart of the port city: in addition to numerous sea chanteys, the line-up features world music and the Breton scene. The festival also features a gathering of old sailing ships, street art shows, nautical animations... The theme of the 2025 edition will be Quebec.

Festival à ne pas manquer à Paimpol les années impaires. 3 jours de festivités en musique où la convivialité est au rendez vous. Attention toutefois à bien prévoir l'hébergement longtemps à l'avance, les chambres d'hôtes étant prises d'assaut très vite.

tous les 2 ans, on y retourne ! Programmation très variée, avec des chanteurs et groupes des 4 coins de la planète, des têtes d'affiche célèbres comme des inconnus à découvrir. Beaucoup d'ambiance pendant ces 3 jours, avec en plus le port rempli de vieux gréements magnifiques. Marché d'artisans et artistes locaux sous des tentes le long des quais du port. Seul petit bémol : le prix pour les adultes, un peu cher à mon goût, mais tarif excellent pour les enfants jusqu'à 15 ans.
