The chapel of Lanvignec, constructed in the 16th century was a parish church until 1789. It was then under the Dol of Brittany diocese. The chapel is enclosed by a cemetery in which Louis Morand, inventor of “Fishing in Iceland” was buried. Above the main porch, a plate honoured the memory of 50 inhabitants, who were killed by a cholera epidemic in August 1832.
