At the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, facing the archipelago of Sept-Îles, on the heights of the Trestrignel beach, here's one of the most outstanding buildings: the beautiful millstone grit called Le Manoir du Sphinx. This hotel restaurant offers a service "on the waterfront" that you will definitely appreciate between granitic chaos and wooded gardens. The panoramic dining room offers a breathtaking view of the deep blue sea. Here, the chefs (Sylvain Dupré and Christophe Lenfant-Gallard) offer a professional but traditional cuisine, made with local produce of the land and sea. At the starter, you may hesitate between foie gras and pig's foot or candied scallop nuts, parsnip puree, vanilla oil. Then another difficult choice between land and sea continues with among other possibilities: a filet of beef with root vegetables or back brill, crispy Guémené. Extend the moment with baba at the Imperial or cherries macarons chocolate!
