Eponymous restaurant to discover a cuisine from local products and bathed in Asian flavors in Perros-Guirec
Located on latitude 48, coordinates of Perros-Guirec, this restaurant is a good address in the town center. The Asian-flavored cuisine (chef Marie has Vietnamese origins) gives pride of place to local produce. Perros residents are understandably effusive in their praise. On the menu: oysters "à la viet" with homemade seaweed butter, tuna tataki with mango-passion sauce, beef tartare prepared with a knife. All delicious and bursting with flavor. And to top it all off, the interior is cosy and the service dynamic and friendly.

Nous avons passés un super moment, un régale. Deux serveuses très gentilles, très bon conseille. Des plats Raffinés et super bien présenter, très bon de l'entrée aux desserts des plats excellents.
