A simple and generous menu based on local dishes, using products from the farm in an inn in Strueth.
In the heart of the Sundgau region, between the wine route and the route des crêtes, in the middle of pond country, Mr. and Mrs. Emberger offer you the warmest of welcomes in this beautiful half-timbered building, just like its hosts. The fresh air whets the appetite, so after one of the many walks or bike rides, or if you're angling, stop in for a bite to eat. The menu is simple and generous, with local dishes based on farm produce, the famous fried carp and wood-fired grills, all copiously served. An original way to play trapper: the Kotta grill (reservations required for 4 to 10 people), a small private hut in the garden. Here, you can grill your own meat all year round over the fire in the middle of the hut, which is part teepee, part sauna, in a cosy, intimate setting. An exotic atmosphere for all! And if you'd like to make the most of this peaceful setting for longer, four comfortable guest rooms are available for a very reasonable price.
