L'accueil n'a pas été immédiat, le personnel étant très occupé à servir l'ensemble des tables du restaurant qui était complet. Pas réussi à trouver notre réservation par l'intermédiaire de votre plate-forme.
Menu imposé, hormis le choix pour le plat (agneau ou poisson).
Plat de poisson froid, après avoir demandé à le faire réchauffer, il est revenu à la même température.....

30 minutes après avoir notre commande, celle-ci n’étant toujours pas arrivée, je me lève pour savoir pourquoi, il apparaît que la cuisine ne l’a pas prise en compte, et qu’il ne restait plus qu’un seul menu sur les 2 commandés, on me propose alors des plats de remplacement, lamelles de calamar fade et insipide, qui, au final, sont comptés dans l’addition au prix de la carte, après de brèves explications au telephone entre le serveur et la direction, celle-ci accorde [gracieusement] une ristourne de 5.00€, dommage car nous venions chaque mois dans cet établissement. L’erreur est humaine je le conçois, mais ce n’est pas au client de payer leur manque de communication.
