Valauris Raoult and Jimmy Menit had already won over customers with Qu'importe le temps, in Trégueux. Now, they are back with Vorace, their new restaurant moored in the port of Le Légué. In an elegant green setting, they offer carefully-crafted bistronomic cuisine, with a short, inventive menu: hake and sweet potato purée, veal and parsnip purée with coffee, duck breast... For dessert, the chocolate mousse with buckwheat ice cream is a real delight! Also worth noting: the menu always includes a vegetarian option.
