In 2017, starred chef Mathieu Aumont, who works at Aux Pesked restaurant, joined forces with François Charroy, owner of the wine cellar l'Eau Rouge, to create a cream cheese dairy and a delicatessen. Located just next to Eau Rouge, at Le Légué, Marguerite offers a range of good farm cheeses made from raw milk. We recommend the pecorino, the reblochon, the mothais-sur-leaf or the carré de Sologne, a creamy and ashen goat. For local products, try cheeses from the Prairies de la Noé (La Fleur de Gouët or Le P'tit Noé). Also try the magnificent golden butter from Froment du Léon, a cow breed that produces milk rich in beta carotene, or the flavoured butters from Old Burg (coffee, seaweed, mushrooms, etc.). At the bottom of the shop, the delicatessen is full of artisanal products, often organic: teas, fruit juices, jams, olive oil, spreads, artisanal fish preserves... The welcome is very friendly.
