L'AMBR'1
L'Ambr'1 has been delighting sweet toothers for over 10 years with its tender salted butter caramels, some of which are flavoured with Madagascan vanilla, lemon, hazelnuts and almonds. The workshop on site allows you to discover the making of these little treasures in the mouth. Behind this shop, two pastry chefs - Caroline and Nicolas Hubert - have made their mark with Rœllinger, a master of gastronomy. The range has also been extended to include fruit jellies, spreads and butter shortbread. A little marvel!
