The Val de Rance cider factory was born from the association of twelve cider apple producers from Pleudihen-sur-Rance. Its role is to transform the apple juice into cider before marketing it. Cidres bouchés bruts, sweet, organic, farm and table ciders are made by the cellar master who ensures that the products are made with respect for both the know-how and the raw material. Visits are organized, punctually, during the year or by appointment.

Oh, la jolie tromperie. Voulant changer du cidre, j'ai acheté, pour accompagner la galette, une bouteille maison, non alcoolisée, estampillée "POIRE PEAR" en grosses lettres sur l'étiquette. En grosses lettres, j'ai bien dit, parce que, si on rentre chez soi, et qu'on sort la grosse loupe du placard, qu'est ce qu'on voit écrit en tout petit sur la petite étiquette derrière ? Eh bien, asseyez vous, on lit " Jus de POMME biologique à base de concentré (90%) , puis de l'eau..., puis du dioxyde de carbone pour les bulles, et pis, ah oui, il y a aussi "arome poire". Bref , c'est de la pomme parfumée à la poire. Elle est pas belle, l'entourloupe ?
