Tourist information office between land and sea in Pleumeur-Bodou, suggesting a tour on many hiking trails
Located between land and sea, Pleumeur-Bodou is an authentic and contrasting commune. Of course, we come here to enjoy the coastline and its magnificent landscapes, never the same because of the amplitude of the tides. But it would be wrong to neglect the interior, which includes castles, chapels and many hiking trails, whose maps and descriptions you will find here. Ask also where the sublime coastal moors of Bringuiller are, on the Landrellec peninsula: you will go there for a walk before visiting the Planetarium or the Radome, a historical monument, the first antenna intended for intercontinental links via the Telstar satellite, in 1962. Don't miss the Ile Grande and its varied landscapes, between marshes, dunes and granite quarries. A 7km marked trail goes around it, in about 2h30.
