LA RIBOTE
After following the GR 34 which gets lost in the heather, perched above the cliffs between the sky and the sea, keep an eye on the ocean while snacking on a piece of Ribote. Here, the sea is never far away. In the decoration, all in shades of blue; behind the windows of the verandas where the ocean spreads as far as the eye can see and in the plates. The oysters from Cap Fréhel jumped directly onto your table, as fresh as they were good. To satisfy the appetites whetted by the fresh air, the chef thought of potatoes, sometimes with Ruca cheese, bacon, onion and cream (Fisel Potato), sometimes with salmon and chives, not to mention cream (Scottish Potato). If oysters don't come from far away, goat cheese is also prepared nearby, in short, the products are local and you can smell them. An excellent address!
