FERME BOCAUX ET LEGUMES
The Bocaux et Légumes farm is located between the Château de La Roche Jagu and the village of Ploëzal, in the Côtes d'Armor region of France. The farm produces a small range of heirloom vegetables to organic standards. All the vegetables are processed in their laboratory, located just a few meters from the field, to preserve their flavor and freshness. The farm's products include soups, ratatouille, tomato sauce, onion confit, aperitif spreads, lamb rillettes and low-sugar jams made with fruit from their orchard. Advice on maintenance and start-up, variety selection and seed production tips are also available during these visits.
