Located in the heart of downtown Thann, the restaurant offers grilled beef, bison, duck and chicken to delight every taste bud. Another house specialty is the Tex-Mex-style poutine (a typical Canadian dish), where you're served a piece of meat topped with melted cheese, gravy and fries. Stir, shake and enjoy, according to legend! When it comes to toppings, the house offers traditional or Mexican fries, rice, salads, peas and red cabbage. Rio Grande also offers appetizers ideal for early evening aperitifs: shrimp fritters, fried onions, nachos, guacamole... As for desserts, there's also a selection of homemade American cakes. Finally, if you're stalling, as the proportions served are generous, you can take your doggy bag and... your bottle home with you!
