In a modern setting, its chef, Jérôme Antenat, offers bistronomic fusion cuisine .The cuisine is inspired by all the culinary traditions of the Asian continent, with a focus onFrench taste and elegance, while blending culinary traditions from all over Asia . Forexample, you can enjoy 2-cooked beef tataki inthe Japanese tradition, duck breast in a lacquered duck style, and monkfish steak with chorizo and blueberry-infused saffron cream. La direction est à l’écoute et donne sa chance à une jeune serveuse. Le thé glacé fait « maison » est très bon. Les prix sont corrects. Réservation fortement conseillée.
