It's a lovely surprise. A magnificent terrace in the shade of an imposing magnolia tree invites us to the guinguette evenings organized in summer. While the restaurant is renowned for its Alsatian specialties, which are unanimously acclaimed, and for the quality of the products used, it is also pleasantly surprising with its exotic and fruity touches, an innovation thanks to chef Gilbert Wolfhart. The rooms are modern and comfortable, decorated in pleasant light tones. Services are plentiful.

Étant dans le métier depuis très très longtemps je suis assez exigeante lorsque je sors et tout est parfait aux Sapins!De l accueil, au service et aux mets!!!!
