It is included in a set with the home owners and two independent cottages.The rental consists of the ground floor: kitchen, living room with fireplace (the owners sell the wood), 1 bedroom (2 beds for 1 person, bathroom with shower, toilet). Upstairs, 1 Mezzanine (1 double bed for 2 people), bathroom with bathtub, toilet. Cot and highchair are available. The entrance is common but your garden is private (120 m²). An authentic and ideal place in the countryside to make beautiful excursions to the sea including Plougrescant, Perros-Guirec and the island of Bréhat and discover Tréguier, a charming small town of character, birthplace of Ernest Renan.
